Bourbon Street Vanilla Rooibos Iced Tea – Rick’s Tea Face
How about a Bourbon Street Vanilla Rooibos Iced Tea Slushie? Yes, my fourth slushed iced tea. This is my first time highlighting our Vanilla Rooibos, but it is so good iced (hot too), and it is breaking 100 degrees out here in Las Vegas, so it made sense. The taste is like drinking vanilla ice cream. The flavor is so refreshing, and when it’s extra cold like when you freeze it to a slush, it’s even more refreshing. Our blender was able to hit the right notes so you pick up the vanilla flavor, hot or iced. As a slush the flavor is not lost and is still like you added a touch of fresh vanilla.
Rooibos is from South Africa and records show it has been cultivated and drank for at least a couple hundred years. As an herbal drink, it’s not just caffeine-free, but it’s also a heathy beverage, with vitamins, flavanols and other beneficial compounds.
