British Pub Roasted Chicken
Our British Pub Roasted Chicken is an easy recipe since our seasoning blend has everything in it to give you one of the best tasting roasted chicken you have ever served. It reminds us of a roasted chicken dinner we had in a London Pub. The flavor was very lively and savory, which is what we had in mind when we crafted the Pub Seasoning.
Preheat oven to 475°. Rub the British Pub Chicken Seasoning inside and outside of the chicken. Place it on a wire rack set inside a roasting pan.
Roast the chicken uncovered for about 25–30 minutes until the skin begins to turn a golden brown. Reduce heat to 350° and roast another 25–30 minutes until the temperature reaches 165° when a thermometer is inserted into the thickest part of the thigh. Remove from the oven. Cover lightly with foil and let rest 10 minutes before carving.
If you make gravy from the pan drippings, sprinkle a bit of the British Pub Seasoning in the gravy for extra flavor. The same applies if you make mashed or roasted potatoes. Sprinkle on the seasoning for a wonderful savory flavor.
