Mulled Spice Tea – Rick’s Tea Face
It turned quite cold here in Las Vegas this week, as well as across many parts of the country. We’ve had hints of Spring, but these late Winter cold snaps make me think back to the first signs of Winter when my tea taste turns to spiced teas. So today, I had a taste for our Mulled Spice Tea. We carry it all year long, but it gets extra popular during the colder months, and days like today for me.
The cinnamon, clove and other spices always bring to mind memories of how we spent our cold days and nights growing up in Michigan. These scents were always around the house from baking, the holidays, and family. So, having a colder late-Winter night gives me one more chance to share a few memories with these familiar flavors and scents….before it starts to get warm…then hot….then it’s Iced Tea Season….then… Hang on, I’m getting ahead of myself. Let me enjoy this cup of Mulled Spice Tea, and the memories that comes with it on this cold, windy day.
