All of our teas with Apple notes are very popular, so when we looked around for another apple tea, we wanted to have a LARGE apple flavor…and we found it. Apple Cider Mill.  Maybe too large. But, if you like a bold, apple flavor, then get ready and hang on to your taste buds.

Opening the bag is like walking into an Apple Cider Mill when they pressing a batch of fresh, ripe, juicy, sweet apples. The apple cider aroma is just the prologue to the taste awaiting you. We have never tasted a tea which captured so much of a fresh apple flavor as we found in this tea. It’s as if the apples are harvested and we get to taste the first cider with a hint of autumnal spices. All you need is a fresh, hot doughnut like you get at a cider mill.

So, brew a cup, (steep it for 10-12 minutes to get all the flavors coming through) sit back, sip slowly and savor all the spices blended together to give you an apple flavor like you have never experienced in a tea before.

Hot Tea Steeping Instructions: Put 1 to 2 heaping teaspoons of loose tea for each 8oz of water in your tea cup or teapot. Using a tea infuser to hold the tea makes it easier. Pour boiling water over the tea. Steep for 10-12 minutes. Longer steeping will results in a fuller flavor without any bitterness.

Iced Tea Instructions: For a Liter or quart use 2-3 heaping Tbsp. of loose tea into teapot. Pour 1 1/4 cup boiled water on tea. Steep 10 – 12 min. Strain tea into pitcher, adding water and/or ice to complete the liter or quart. Garnish & sweeten to taste.
