Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
Apricot Balsamic Vinegar has a great apricot flavor on top of a rich, thick, sweet dark balsamic vinegar base. As with our other fruity balsamics, they are very versatile for use in many recipes.
Apricot balsamic with extra virgin olive oil makes a delicious salad dressing, especially when topping off mixed greens, goat cheese and candies walnuts. It compliments salads where pears and other fruits are used.
For cooking, use as a glaze on grilled or sauteed fish, chicken and pork chops. Just brush on during cooking or near the end, depending on the level of glaze you want to achieve.
For desserts, drizzle Apricot Balsamic Vinegar on poached pears, a mixed fruit salad, or even a bit on Pineapple Upside Down Cake. We have many friends who drizzle our thick, sweet fruity balsamic vinegars on pound cake, cheesecake and ice cream.
