Fire Roasted Chipotle Salsa
Besides making a great salsa for chips, our Fire Roasted Chipotle Salsa make a perfect topping for your favorite Southwest and Mexican dishes, such as tacos, burritos, scrambled eggs, huevo rancheros, or on your seafood dishes. Use as a vegetable dip, in your queso dip, or as a spicy marinade with some water & oil.
We small-batch, hand-craft all our Dip and Salsa Mixes from our own recipes. They are not just for making dips and salsas. They make great bases for salad dressings, cooking and grilling spices. We have ideas on the packages.
Add contents to 16 oz of fresh diced tomatoes or a 14 oz can of diced tomatoes. Fine diced tomatoes work the best. Crush or mix in blender to desired consistency if you want a finer salsa. Refrigerate after mixing with tomatoes.
