Our scone mixes are some of the best we personally have ever eaten.  Not too dry, not too moist, just right.  Since each box has all the dry ingredients, all you add is 1 cup of heavy whipping cream or cashew cream.  Bake them and enjoy.

We carry a rotating line up of Gluten Free Scone Mixes, which are quite popular.  Unlike many Gluten Free pastry mixes which are crumbly and fall apart easily, our supplier does a very good job with these and are very good.  They bake up well and have great flavors. Add a dollop of clotted cream or lemon curd and you’re in heaven.

We currently carry an Apricot Scone Mix Gluten Free.  All of our scone mixes are popular, so while we try to keep them all in stock, we will be out of some flavors periodically.  We ask your patience while we re-stock them.

Apricot Scone Mix Gluten Free
Made with the finest California Blenheim apricots, in a Gluten-Free mix.
Ingredients: Gluten-free flour (white rice flour, potato starch, cornstarch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), organic crystallized cane juice, dried apricots, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), vanilla powder (dextrose) and salt.

We also carry an Orange Marmalade, Lemon Curd and English Clotted Cream, all made in England.  They are so good.  But because of the heat of Nevada and shelf life of Clotted Cream, we only carry it during the cooler months.
