Mediterranean Seasoning

Our Mediterranean Seasoning is blended from Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Sage, Rosemary, Dill Weed and other Spices, which gives this seasoning a sweet, subtle and very pleasant aroma and taste. Works well for all your Greek, Middle East and other recipes from the region. Also known as Greek Seasoning, use this blend for marinating your Mediterranean style chicken gyros or beef, lamb, chicken or pork shish kabobs.  It can also be used as the seasoning for making your own gyros sauce.

This blend has many of the herbs found in Italian blends, so it can be used as a substitute for a similar yet subtly different taste.  Try using this blend in place of  other French or other European herbs blends.
