Traditional Style Balsamic Vinegar
Our Traditional Style Balsamic Vinegar from Modena is so smooth you could sip it after dinner. Thick and sweet, without any flavors other than the natural grapey sweet flavor, this makes a great balsamic vinegar for tossed salads by itself, or along with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Use it as a drizzle on aged cheeses, cured meats and fresh fruit, or as a dessert sauce for ice creams, cheescake, or on pound cake or angel food cake.
For cooking, it makes a great glaze for grilled chicken, fish or pork chops. You can also use as a finishing sauce on sauteed fish dishes, as well as chicken, pork and vegetables. The possibilities are endless.
