Our friends have told us the scent and taste of our Mulled Spice Tea reminds them of family holiday get-togethers, visiting friends when they have spices simmering on the stove and other memorable occasions. For me it would be growing up when my grandparents came over for Christmas and my mom would have some mulled cider on the stove. At my grandparents, they would have traditional British baked goods on the snack trays with the smells of mincemeat tarts, fruitcakes (yes, I love fruitcakes), and other cinnamon-laced pastries.
