Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders
We use both USPS and UPS for most of our standard ground shipping, including our Free Shipping* for Spice and Tea orders $70 and over. We reserve the right to change and use additional shippers as necessary, as well as modify our policy without notice. For international orders we use a variety of services depending on the country and their regulations.
Orders typically are shipped within 1-2 days depending on when the order is placed and received by us. Please allow for 3-7 days in transit for most domestic orders once shipped. USPS and UPS will take longer at times, depending how they handle your package. Once the carrier has your package, we have no control over how they handle it. USPS and UPS will use each other for some parts of some shipments which can affect the transit time, but also allows them to control shipping cost. You will receive tracking so you can track your order’s progress.
Our $10.95 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $60 applies to orders shipped to addresses within all U.S. states (excluding Nevada which has a separate shipping schedule), as well as Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. It also only applies to Spices & Teas, and small tea & spice accessories, such as tea ball and pincher infusers, spoons, other small items, and not to breakable, non-food merchandise and some breakable food items. Excluded items include Teapots, Cups, Mugs, Oils & Vinegars and other larger, heavier and breakable items. Shipping will be calculated at Check-Out in the Shopping Cart.
Free Shipping only applies to Spices & Teas and small tea & spice accessories shipped to addresses within all U.S. states (excluding Nevada which), as well as Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. The Free Shipping* does not apply to any breakable, non-food merchandise and some breakable, food items included in an order $70 and over. This includes Teapots, Cups, Mugs, Oils & Vinegars and other larger, heavier and breakable items. The Spices & Teas will still be free, but shipping charges will apply to the excluded items. UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes, so we will use USPS if being shipped to a PO Box. We can ship your merchandise expedited, including 2 & 3 Day Delivery and Overnight Delivery at additional cost. Restrictions might apply for weekends and holidays. If you have any questions or are looking for special handling, please check with us first.
International Orders
We do not sell or ship to countries outside the United States. If you try to ship to a country outside the U.S., your order will not process. We will on special request ship to Canada. We have to get shipping quotes based on what is being purchased and where it’s being shipped. If you have want an order shipped to Canada, please contact us so we can calculate the cost of your order and shipping to see if you want to proceed.

Commercial Account Shipping
For Commercial Accounts and larger Spice & Tea quantities, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping rates. The amount of the shipping charged will depend on several factors including products ordered, weight of total shipment and destination. Please contact us for quantity and shipping quote.

We do offer expedited shipping, and we have rates posted on our Shipping Rate Page. But since there are so many variables involved such as the type of merchandise being shipped, destination, when we receive your order and how soon you need the order to arrive, there are exceptions to our policy and rates beyond our control. So, if you need more exact information of expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote. We don’t bury low-cost, or “free” shipping in our prices, as some companies do, which is why we would rather provide you a real quote. So call or email us if you need your order sooner than normal ground shipping times.
If shipping costs and other factors raise our costs which we must pass on, we reserve the right to modify this and all policies at any time without notice.

Return Policy
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Spices, Teas and other food products.
Non-food merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with the original receipt in the original packaging and in new, unused, saleable condition within 5 calendar days. If the purchase was made online, the customer is responsible contacting us immediately. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring we receive it back in the same new, unused, saleable condition.
We inspect all merchandise for defects before shipping, so if you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately so we can determine the best way to handle your situation. Please inspect all non-food merchandise immediately. If there is any damage, you must contact us within 5 Calendar Days. Special Return Policies might apply during the Christmas Holiday Season. Under any circumstances, non-food merchandise adjustments or returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
