A Singing Meditation Bowl is a must for meditating. These are a smaller size, which are good when you want nice size, not too large, but not too small. One tap of the wood striker elicits a strong, pure tone from the handcast, hand-tuned metal bowl. Rimming the bowl with the wood striker and will keep the tone going. It is very centering.

The set comes with the brass bowl and wood striker, nesting on a simple cushion inside a box.

We have 5 different bowls, each one with a color and symbol representative of a specific chakra. Heart/Green, Root/Red, Sacral/Orange, Crown/Purple, and Throat/Blue.

How to Use Your Meditation Bowl
Find a quiet place. Set the bowl on its cushion. Take a calming breath and gently strike the edge of the bowl with the wooden baton. Relax, focus on the resonating sound, and bring your awareness to the present. Continue to concentrate as the sound gently subsides. Rest in the tranquil moment that follows. You can also gently strike the bowl then rim the bowl with the striker, keeping the sound going as you meditate on the tone.

Caring for Your Meditation Bowl
This handcast bowl is hand tuned for clarity of sound. To clean. wipe with a dry soft cloth. Store in a. dry place. Do not drop. Do not use for consuming food or liquids. Keep away from children. Not intended for use as a toy.
