Pomegranate Green Tea – Rick’s Tea Face 11-04-2025

I’ve never Tea Faced our Pomegranate Green Tea before, which surprised me, after we had a number of our friends come in and ask for Pomegranate teas this weekend. Guess which I chose for my Musing Post when I looked to see when I profiled it last? I grew up with pomegranates, and I’ll pick one up when they are in season. I like the fruity, cherry/cranberry-like flavor. The juice, made into grenadine syrup, has also been a favorite. This tea isn’t as strong of a flavor as eating the fruit, but the flavor subtleties are there, and a touch of sugar (my preferred sweetener) brings out the flavor even more.

The pomegranate has a long, storied history going back as far as history has been written, and undoubtedly even longer. Do a little research and it’s place throughout will surprise you.
