Dandelion Detox Tea – Rick’s Tea Face 01-05-2026
This my first time Tea Facing our Dandelion Detox Tea. If you’ve come in looking for medicinal type herbal teas, you’ve heard us say that we sell “drinking teas” and “cooking spices”, even though many of our customers will use our various spice and teas which contain herbs and spice commonly used for folk medicine treatments. We sell a lot of Dandelion Detox Tea, and I’ve sipped a cup now and then. But, since the dandelion, red clover, nettle and burdock are known to have certain folk properties, especially for their diuretic properties, as well as other “cleansing” properties, I thought I’d start 2026 drinking a cup of our Dandelion Detox Tea every day for a couple weeks, and then periodically. After looking closer at the benefits and possible side effects of the ingredients we use in our blend, I’m hoping it will help me at least shed some water weight, and
Dandelion is good for you. It helps to neutralize free radicals, contains Vitamin A, B complex, C & E & is rich in minerals. We combine the Dandelion leaf and root with Burdock Root, Red Clover Tops, Nettle Leaf, all of which have various folk uses, as well as diuretics. We add Rosehips for some Vitamin C, and Peppermint for a bit of extra flavor. Do a bit of your own research and you might like what you see or have questions for your doctor as to whether you should be drinking it. And as we have to say, “This product and statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

It’s not for everyone, but maybe it is for you.
