Salty Caramel Black Tea – Rick’s Tea Face 12/14/2025

At Christmastime, I think about all the times I spent with family…including the foods we enjoyed. Dinners, breakfasts, desserts and of course, the candies, especially caramels my British grandmother made. It was rich in flavor, soft and chewy. They melted in your mouth. During the rest of the year, my grandfather kept a bag of store bought caramels in his workshop. They were imported from England, so they had that same rich, caramel flavor. Now you know why I’m sipping our Salty Caramel Black Tea.

Salty Caramel Black Tea tastes as good as it sounds. I’ve had a couple cups today. The caramel flavor has the richness I look in caramel candies. As a tea, you’ll still be surprised how good it is. Our blender managed to capture a wonderful flavor using caramel, almonds, and brittle. Add a few salt pearls, and you have the flavors you expect. We hear from our friends the flavor also reminds them of old-style caramel candy as well. So, it’s not just me. The scent is captivating as well even before you take a sip. The caramel notes will continue to linger after you’ve sipped the last drop from your cup.
