Hot Wing Marinade Seasoning
Who doesn’t love Hot Wings? Whether you make them Buffalo style or use another recipe, our Hot Wing Marinade Seasoning will provide the right combination of flavor and heat.
Use as a marinade or seasoning for your chicken, pork chops or seafood. Rub about 2-3 tablespoons per pound on your meat or seafood. Use more or less seasoning according to your taste. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, or even overnight to let the flavors develop. Follow the directions of your Hot Wing recipe, or just bake, grill, broil or pan cook until thoroughly cooked.
Our Hot Wing Seasoning also makes a spicy, flavorful dip mix. Add 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning to a cup of sour cream, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to let the flavor deepen. Adjust the amount of seasoning you use according to your taste. Serve with chips or vegetables. You can also use a 50/50 sour cream, mayonnaise mix or blend with plain yogurt as a base if you prefer.
