I had a taste for Thai Lemon Ginger Rooibos today. Why you ask? Let me tell you. If I don’t want caffeine, we have herbals teas, a few de-caf black teas, or South African Rooibos. We have quite a few Rooibos, which I sip periodically. My late brother, Dave, liked Rooibos as an alternative to coffee. The nutty base notes of Rooibos goes well with the flavors they layer on top. We introduced Thai Lemon Ginger a while back, as we were getting many requests for ginger flavored teas. All of our lemon-flavored teas are quite popular, so we had an idea Thai Lemon Ginger Rooibos would fit in, and we were right. And I agree.

Thai Lemon Ginger Rooibos has quite a remarkable flavor. The snap of the ginger, layered with the citrus of the lemon pair extremely well. It’s a very refreshing tea, excellent hot or iced, and it’s caffeine free so I can drink it anytime. Our blender uses ginger, lemongrass, lemon pieces and other good stuff to give you this delicious blend.
