White Sage Smudge Sticks
White Sage Smudge Sticks have been used in many cultures and among Native Indigenous Peoples for cleansing and protection rituals.
Many smudge sticks are bundles of one or more items. Sage is still one of the most commonly used, especially among Native peoples, especially in the West and Southwest Indigenous peoples.
To use a smudge stick, light one end, wait a moment then blow out the flames. Fan the glowing end to keep it smoldering. Use the smoke to fan an area, or person, “washing” the area or person, office, room or whatever to wish to “cleanse”.
They are sold in a pack of 3 sage sticks.
