If you love Rhubarb, or Lemonade, then you need to try our Rhubarb Lemonade tea, my Tea Face his week. I’m drinking it right from the freezer since I wanted it as cold as I could get it. The taste is special to me, as it might be to many of you. You see, I grew up eating Rhubarb Pie every Spring and well into Summer in Michigan, as long as she was able to find it at local produce stands. It was just rhubarb and sugar in a homemade flaky pie crust. None of that gooey strawberry stuff to mask the rhubarb flavor. So, Rhubarb flavor has a special place in my taste buds.

A touch of sweetener lets the fruitiness to shine more, but that’s my preference.
