Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

Cherry Balsamic Vinegar has a sweet cherry flavor with a hint of licorice aftertaste. Perfect for vinaigrettes, pork and duck. Also great on ice cream and drizzled over a brownie. Yumm!

You can also use this dark balsamic vinegar as a dipping sauce either with Extra Virgin Olive Oil or by itself.

Drizzle on grilled vegetables after cooking before you serve them.  We use on grilled or broiled asparagus and on Classic Caprese salads.

Most fruit flavor infused Balsamic Vinegars are great when drizzled over fresh fruit, such as sliced peaches, nectarines, melons like cantaloupe or honeydew, on fruit salads and ice cream.  Yes, ice cream. It is especially delicious over Blue or Feta cheese.
