Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
Lemon Balsamic Vinegar is a dark balsamic. Perfect as a glaze for salmon or other flavorful seafood. Adds a nice citrus touch when used in vinaigrette dressings.
The lemon, citrus flavor is a great complimentary flavor to Italian and other pasta dishes. Just add a splash to freshly cooked, pasta, with a touch of butter and freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese. Also use as a finishing drizzle or glaze to the chicken when making Chicken Saltimboca. The lemony capers and Lemon Balsamic combination compliment each other.
