A Mini Meditation Bowl is a must for meditating. Especially good as a travel bowl when you can’t take a full size meditation bowl with you. One tap of the wood baton elicits a strong, pure tone from the handcast, four alloy hand-tuned metal bowl. It is very centering.

The set comes with the brass bowl and wood striker, nesting on a simple cushion inside a box. This Lokta Paper box is made in Nepal by fair trade Artisans using sustainably harvested Himalayan lokta. The set also comes with a detailed info card with simple instructions for a short meditation.

How to Use Your Meditation Bowl
Find a quiet place. Set the bowl on its cushion. Take a calming breath and gently strike the edge of the bowl with the wooden baton. Relax, focus on the resonating sound, and bring your awareness to the present. Continue to concentrate as the sound gently subsides. Rest in the tranquil moment that follows.

This handcast bowl is carefully made by artisans in Nepal. It is hand tuned for clarity of sound but not intended for use as a traditional singing bowl. To clean. wipe with a dry soft cloth. Store in a. dry place. Do not drop. Do not use for consuming food or liquids. Keep away from children. Not intended for use as a toy.
