Total Time: About 1 hour

Garlic Tomato Basil Soup is a twist on a classic tomato basil soup, by adding a bit more garlic than many recipes and some red pepper flakes for a bit of spiciness. Not hot, but just enough to let you know it’s there. This recipe is easy and while 30 Roma tomatoes seem like a lot, remember, they are a small tomato and they cook down to a beautiful puree.

When you serve it, be sure to serve it with fresh, warm, crusty bread. What? You also need a good crusty bread recipe? Then you need to try our Easy Crusty Bread recipe.
