Kicken Chicken Wings

Who doesn’t like wings? Whether they are baked, air fried, deep fried, or grilled, the seasoning makes the difference. This Kicken Chicken Wings version uses our Kicken Chicken Seasoning, which we crafted for a sweet flavor, with a touch of spicy heat. It’s one of our personal favorites we use at home with many of our chicken dishes.

Our Kicken Chicken Wings are so easy to make, and quite delicious. The spicy sweet flavor is sure to be the hit of your party or other gathering. Tossing them in the bit of oil before coating them will add a nice crispiness without deep frying them.

We usually cook these wings in the oven as the recipe says, but if you want to keep the heat out of your kitchen, just line your grill grates with heavy duty foil and cook them with medium indirect heat. Just adjust the heat so you are still cooking them at 425ºF.

Serve with some pan-roasted potatoes, or maybe some cole slaw or potato salad in the Summer. Even a small mixed greens salad goes well with them. Enjoy!

Serves 4

Ingredients:
2 Pounds Chicken Wing Pieces (no tips)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Kicken Chicken Seasoning

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the wings in a medium sized mixing bowl. Drizzle the wings with the olive oil and toss well. Sprinkle the Kicken Chicken on the wings and toss well to coat.

Place the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the wings are done. The wings should be crispy with an internal temperature of 165ºF. Bake an extra 5 minutes if needed to get crispy. Remove from the oven and keep warm until served. Enjoy!
