Our Berry², (or Berry Squared) Herbal Tea has so much berry flavor, we had to name it Berry² to tell you how exponentially huge the berry flavor is.

The Hibiscus, combined with Elderberries and Raisins, gives Berry² Herbal Tea a full flavored tea with deep berry notes. The infused cup is burgundy red and provides strength and character. A terrific tasting herbal tea. As one of our most popular teas, it has a great flavor both hot and iced. One taste and you’ll understand why.

Herb and fruit tea in some circles is considered a new type of tea. This blend is formulated to accommodate tastes of people who wanted to experience a refreshing healthy new style drink without caffeine. What we have is a terrific ‘tea’ that is unbelievably delicious and enjoyed Hot or Cold! In fact we have friends who, in the cooler weather, add a few cloves and cinnamon sticks simmer for an hour and then add some red wine – a perfect mulled wine for cold stormy nights.

Some of our friends tell us that Berry² is their most favorite herb and fruit tea. We have to agree. The hibiscus adds a tart dimension to the blend, which makes it very refreshing. The rosehip chips add a mellow smoothness to the tea along with Vitamin C. The currants give the tea a very distinctive character – black for fruitiness and red for ‘bite’ and tangy flavor. Finally, raisins are added to give a natural sweetness and topped this off with natural flavors to further enhance the delightful character of this tea.

Steeping Instructions
Hot Tea Steeping Instructions: Put 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 8oz of water in your tea cup or teapot. Using a tea infuser to hold the tea makes it easier. Pour boiling water over the tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Longer steeping will results in a fuller flavor without any bitterness.

Iced Tea Instructions: For a Liter or quart use 2 heaping Tbsp. of loose tea into teapot. Pour 1 1/4 cup boiled water on tea. Steep 5-10 min. Strain tea into pitcher, adding water and/or ice to complete the liter or quart. Garnish & sweeten to taste.
