Fig Balsamic Vinegar
This rich, dark Fig Balsamic Vinegar has a full fig flavor. Outstanding as a marinade or for salad dressings. One of our personal favorites on salads.
Use in meat marinades, on salads, even on sandwiches like roast beef or Italian meats in place of other condiments, and drizzle on pizza as a topping. Drizzle on grilled vegetables after cooking before you serve them. We use on grilled or broiled asparagus and on Classic Caprese salads.
You can also use this dark balsamic vinegar as a dipping sauce either with Extra Virgin Olive Oil or by itself.
