Lamb Rub

We blended our Lamb Rub to be full flavored, with a complex yet rounded blend.  Use on lamb, lamb chops, lamb kabobs and grilled lamb.  Use in any Middle Eastern recipe calling for a lamb rub as well.

Rosemary, sage and oregano are traditionally used in many cuisines when seasoning lamb or mutton. Lamb is a hearty red meat, so many us grew up putting mint jelly on their lamb.  Or as we did in my British family, mix some fresh chopped spearmint (or you can use dried spearmint), with a bit of apple cider vinegar and touch of sugar for a sweet, minty vinegar to compliment the flavors, without adding the jelly. But if you really want to use the mint jelly, go ahead. Just use sparingly to allow the wonderful flavor of the lamb rub come through.

Ingredients: Rosemary, Oregano, Pepper, Coriander, Celery, Sage, Marjoram, Fennel,  Chile Powder, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Dill Weed and Spices.
