Mango Balsamic Vinegar
Mango Balsamic Vinegar, and its sweet fruity taste is always great by itself as a dipping sauce or with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Use also as a marinade on many different meats and poultry. You can use as a glaze when grilling or sauteing fish an d shrimp. Also drizzle over grilled chicken. The taste combination is outstanding. Makes a great topping for your favorite ice cream.
Drizzle on grilled fruits or vegetables after cooking before you serve them. We use on grilled or broiled asparagus and on Classic Caprese salads. Adds a nice twist on sliced avocado.
Mango Balsamic Vinegar and most fruit flavor infused Balsamic Vinegars are great when drizzled over fresh fruit, such as sliced peaches, nectarines, melons like cantaloupe or honeydew, on fruit salads and ice cream.
