Burton’s Rich Tea Biscuits are a traditional type of semi-sweet cookie. Not too sweet, they make a nice biscuit to snack on while sipping your favorite tea. They are enjoyed by both children and adults. The Rich Tea Biscuit was first baked in the 17th century in Yorkshire, England. It was to be nibbled between courses in upper-society. For vert traditional tea sippers, they hold up while dunking in your tea.
