Sheffield’s Ramen Noodle & Soup Seasoning

We crafted our Sheffield’s Ramen Noodle & Soup Seasoning to season your own Ramen Noodles, as well as use in soups and stews. We wanted it savory, with an umami flavor. We also wanted it to be low-sodium since commercial Ramen Noodle Cups have a lot of salt and other undesirable ingredients. The result is a flavorful seasoning to use make your own Ramen, soups, and stews.

It also makes a flavorful Vegetable Bullion which can be used to make your soup base. Use 1 tablespoon of Soup Seasoning per cup of boiling water. Since it’s low-salt it makes a delicious addition to your recipes if you’re on a low-sodium diet.

You can also use it as a seasoning for your chicken, pork chops and in your dressings. We’re sure you’ll find more uses once you’re tasted it.

We have a Homemade Style Ramen Noodles Recipe which uses our Ramen Seasoning for the flavoring. It’s a vegetable version so you can use it in vegetarian and vegan recipes.
