White Spice Tea

White Spice Tea

Our White Spice Tea, also known as White Christmas Tea started as a tea we carried every Christmas season.  But the demand has been so strong, we decided to carry it year around.  You can find it under either name.

The natural white tea character abounds with a sweet apple cinnamon flavor. Not as strong of a flavor as our Holiday Winter Spice Tea, or other spiced teas, the light flavors come through with a fragrance, reminiscent of apples and citrus combining for one the most pleasant cups of tea you’ll want to enjoy when you are looking for a light, citrusy tea.

While we will be carrying it year around, quantities might still be limited from our supplier.  So, stop by, check it out and you’ll know why it is not just one our top-selling teas during the holidays, but rapidly becoming one of our top-selling teas.

If you like spiced teas, you will want to check out our Mulled Spice Black Tea, as well as our Chai Teas, which include our Masala Chai Black Tea, which is what all other chais are measured against.  Our Samurai Mate with its citrusy spice notes is also another popular tea you need to look at.

Hot tea brewing method: Put 1 slightly heaping tsp. of loose tea for each 8oz of water in the teapot. Pour the boiled but slightly cooled water (about 175 to 185 degrees) over tea. Steep 3 to 7 minutes. If the tea is a bit bitter, decrease the steeping time and make sure the water is cooled to the right temperature. Milk and Sugar are not recommended.

Iced Tea: For a Liter or quart use 2 heaping Tbsp. of loose tea into teapot. Pour 1 1/4 cup boiled, but slightly cooled water over tea. Steep 3 –7 min. Quarter fill serving pitcher straining tea. Add Ice. Top up with cold water, garnish & sweeten to taste.

Contains: White tea, Orange Peel, Almonds, Rose Petals, Cinnamon Chips, Apple Pieces, with Spice Holiday flavors.
