Hot Chicken Wings
Do you like Hot Chicken Wings? Sure you do. Most people do. The seasoning is the difference, and our Hot Wing Marinade Seasoning makes the difference between so-so Hot Wings and ones which will have your guests ask for more. Whether you bake, deep fry, grill, air fry, or make them another way, our seasoning will make yours pop with spicy, delicious flavor.
Our Hot Chicken Wings are so easy to make, and quite delicious. The spicy flavor with a touch of sweetness will be the talk of your party. And if you make them on a regular basis, you probably will be seeing us often to stock up. Tossing them in the bit of oil before coating them will add a nice crispiness without deep frying them.
Serve with some pan-roasted potatoes, or maybe some cole slaw or potato salad in the Summer. If you like to dip them in Ranch Dressing, try our Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix. Even a small mixed greens salad goes well with them. Enjoy!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 Pounds Chicken Wing Pieces (no tips)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Sheffield’s Hot Wing Marinade Seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the wings in a medium sized mixing bowl. Drizzle the wings with the olive oil and toss well. Sprinkle the Hot Wing Marinade Seasoning on the wings and toss well to coat.
Place the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the wings are done. The wings should be crispy with an internal temperature of 165ºF. Bake an extra 5 minutes if needed to get crispy. Remove from the oven and keep warm until served. Enjoy!
