Chipotle Olive Oil

Chipotle Olive Oil has the flavor of a chipotle chile pepper. If you add a chipotle pepper to hot oil, it can burn and give you a bitter flavor before you can remove the pepper. You also can’t control the intensity of the flavor. Using chipotle oil lets you add a nice smoky flavor to a dish you’re cooking your way. Many times you just need the flavor and this is a convenient way.

Brush some Chipotle Oil on your meat, chicken, vegetables or other proteins before or during cooking top add a smoky, spicy touch, or after as an accent flavor. You can use the oil in your stir fry as well instead of using other hot chile peppers.

There are many other uses when you want to add just a bit of a spicy, smoky flavor, like on your pizza, fajitas, even on your eggs. Just drizzle a bit or more if you dare.

Other uses? How about soups, stews, salsas, vegetables, rice dishes, grilled dishes, or if you want a smoky salad dressing. Just add a bit to your recipe. You’ll find many more uses.
