Jasmine Lychee Green Tea
Jasmine Lychee Green Tea has flavors which are favorites of our friends. Jasmine is a very traditional flavor throughout Asian culture. Lychees, or lichees, originated in the Fujian and Guangdong provinces of China, but grown in many countries around the world. Fujian is one of the mail tea regions in China, so they were a natural to flavor a tea. When jasmine and lychee are combined, you have a smooth green tea with a sweet, fruit finish, with notes of citrus and apple.
We read that Shanghai is an area where jasmine and lychee combine is many dishes, especially tea. We a number of friends who, once they have visited many regions of China, come into our store looking for jasmine tea. They tell us of cafes, old, narrow streets, mixed in with the ultra-modern side of Shanghai. We are only too glad to accommodate their tea taste for jasmine and lychee.
If you are a fan of lychee, we also have a Lichee Congou Black Tea. We also carry Jasmine with Flowers Green Tea, as well as Jasmine Pearls Green Tea, which makes for a beautiful visual experience as the pearls unroll and almost come alive in your cup.
