Maple Blueberry Black Tea

Maple Blueberry Black Tea has an intoxicating blueberry aroma that seemingly overflows from the cup, that is tempered with sweet piquant caramel notes of maple. Simply a delicious tea that embodies the clean and refreshing nature of ‘the north country’.

Canada and New England are world famous for their wild blueberries and sugar maple forests. It was only natural that these two wonderful flavors come together. The wild blueberries are very small but their flavour is intense and very fruity. Quebec and New England maple syrup on the other hand is sweet aromatic with caramel notes tending to a slight hint of smoke. Recent health articles have trumpeted the benefits of tea and blueberries – what could be better then high grown Ceylon tea flavoured with the natural essence of blueberry and maple.

Steeping Instructions
Hot Tea Steeping Instructions: Put 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 8oz of water in your tea cup or teapot. Using a tea infuser to hold the tea makes it easier. Pour boiling water over the tea. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

Iced Tea Instructions: For a Liter or quart use 2 heaping Tbsp. of loose tea into teapot. Pour 1 1/4 cup boiled water on tea. Steep 3 to 5 min. Strain tea into pitcher, adding water and/or ice to complete the liter or quart. Garnish & sweeten to taste.
