Onion Salt

Onion Salt is a popular all around seasoning salt that shows that a spice blend doesn’t need to be complex to be good. Our version of the blend will be an ideal compliment to your well stocked spice cabinet.

Two teaspoons of onion salt is about equal to the flavor you would get from one small white or yellow onion. Some home chefs like to use Onion Salt instead of raw onions as they feel it provides a milder and less sharp flavor than raw onions.

Sprinkle it on bagels, bread, butter, cream cheese and lox, hamburgers, meatloaf, omelets, salad dressings, spaghetti sauce or vegetables. Use anywhere you would use granulated onion or sea salt.
