Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Spicy Roasted Cauliflower is so easy to make and so delicious. Our Casablanca Seasoning can be used in so many ways, from a roast, chicken, and seafood seasoning, to a vegetable seasoning. Vegetarians and Vegans use it to season many of their dishes. The blend of herbs and spices adds a savory flavor to any dish. Plus, a touch of cayenne adds a spicy touch.

Using Casablanca Seasoning on the cauliflower while roasting will even make cauliflower haters ask for a second helping. It makes a perfect side dish for most entrees. Since it’s Vegan, you can build a delicious plant-based meal around it.

Serves 4-6

1 Head Cauliflower. Core and Break into Smaller Florets
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 to 2 Tablespoons Rick’s Casablanca Seasoning

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Set rack to middle position.

In a large mixing bowl, place the cauliflower florets. Add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Gently toss with a large spoon to evenly coat the florets, Sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons of the Casablanca Seasoning over florets. Gently toss again to evenly coat with the seasoning. Use 1 tablespoon of the Casablanca if you want your cauliflower to be less spicy. Use 2 tablespoons if you want it more spicy.

Cover a low-sided baking sheet with aluminum foil. Transfer the seasoned cauliflower to the baking sheet and spread out evenly.

Roast about 20 to 30 minutes until fork tender and starting to turn golden brown. Turn over with spatula after 10 minutes so the florets brown evenly. Check after 25 minutes for tenderness. Roast the extra 5 minutes in needed. When done, remove from the oven and serve immediately.  Enjoy!
