Parisian Café Breakfast Casserole
Our Parisian Café Breakfast Casserole is a delicious twist on a traditional hash brown casserole. Twist? Yes, because we use our Sheffield’s Parisian Café for the seasoning. We crafted Parisian Café to compliment so many foods and dishes. The shallots, chives and other ingredients go so well with eggs and potatoes, this casserole was made for Parisian.
We use ham pieces, with a cheddar & pepper jack cheese mixture, but you can use your choice of meat and cheeses, or just cheese if you want to make it vegetarian.
Serve Parisian Breakfast Casserole as a savory breakfast entree when scrambled eggs won’t do. Add some fruit slices, a scone or toast of your choice and your breakfast or brunch is complete. Enjoy!

12 Large Eggs
2 Cups Half and Half
2 Tablespoons Sheffield’s Parisian Café Blend
2 Cups Ham (cubed to bite-size pieces), Bacon Pieces (cooked but not over crisp, or Sausage (browned and crumbled).
1 ½ Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

In a large mixing bowl, add the 12 eggs, half and half, and Sheffield’s Parisian Café Whisk well to combine. Add the ham and cheese. (Use meat and cheese of your choice.) Stir in and set aside.
Coat a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add the frozen hash browns to the dish. Spread out evenly. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns. Cover with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours, or overnight if you have the time.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake the dish uncovered for 60 to 75 minutes. Check at 60 minutes. The eggs should be fully cooked with an internal temperature of at least 160ºF. Remove from the oven and let set 10 minutes before serving. Garnish each portion with green onion slices. Enjoy!
Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container, and eat within 3 days.
