Pacific Fine Grain Sea Salt

Pacific Fine Grain Sea Salt is a natural sea salt that can be used in a variety of dishes as a substitute to ordinary table salt. The water is collected off the coast of Northern California and then made by slowly evaporating the sea water, allowing the collection of the salt and the natural trace elements. The result is a light crisp flavor. It contains no anti-caking agents or artificial ingredients. It is Kosher Certified.

This is the salt and grain size to use for your general cooking, in addition to Kosher Flake Salt, depending on what your recipe calls for. If it just asks for sea salt, this is the one they are probably referencing. In our recipes, if we specify sea salt, this is the one. This is also the salt you would use in your salt shakers.
