English Breakfast Tea – Rick’s Tea Face 04-08-2024

How was everyone’s Solar Eclipse? Partial like here in Las Vegas? Total like Toledo where I have many friends and associates? So, what is a proper eclipse tea?…I’m musing as I’m sipping an English Breakfast Tea. This was a tough one. I’m following up several weeks of plain, Japanese Green Teas. Then it hit me! I’m sipping the proper Solar Eclipse…English Breakfast. Why? Well, the weather is warming, but we’ve had some very cool days lately, so I’m in between hot tea and iced tea, but as you know we drink at least one cup of hot tea every day. And since I’m coming off basic green teas, why not stay with a basic black tea this week, like our English Breakfast? And the simple flavor of an English Breakfast wasn’t going to distract me from watching the entire eclipse coverage from coast-to-coast. I actually drank quite a few cups.

Many tea drinkers, especially traditional British drinkers, only sip plain black teas, whether a Breakfast Blend, or a single estate. They like the pure flavor coming through. We’re kind of the same, but while I’ll start most days with an English Breakfast, I’ll branch out during the day to an Earl Grey, fruity herbal, or whatever I have a taste for. As with my green tea profiles over the last few weeks, if you haven’t sipped our English Breakfast Tea, and enjoy pure, bold tea flavors, then you should. The tea is blended from several teas from Sri Lanka, India, and Kenya, giving you a complex flavor profile which is both bold and smooth. So, if you love a brisk cuppa and you haven’t tried our English Breakfast Tea yet, then click HERE to read more about it. Then stop by and pick some up in our store or online. Now, back to my cuppa. Cheers!
