Ranch House Marinated Steak

Ranch House Marinated Steak uses our Ranch House Steak Seasoning to make a delicious marinade. We crafted our Ranch House Steak Seasoning to give steaks, roasts, chicken and vegetables a very rich flavor. It is savory with just a touch of red pepper spiciness. The combination of spices and herbs compliments most meats and vegetables. We made a marinade with it for this recipe which allows the flavors to fully develop and get your steaks ready for the grill.

The resulting flavor is begging the steaks to be served with pan roasted or foil packet potatoes. Add a seasonable vegetable and a small side salad and your meal is complete.

Serves 2

Ingredients:
2 Boneless Ribeye Steaks (or cut of your choice)
3 to 4 Tablespoons Sheffield’s Ranch House Steak Seasoning
¼ Cup Water
3 Tablespoons White Wine
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or Canola Oil

Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, add the Ranch House Steak Seasoning and water. Stir to combine and let sit for 5 minutes, allowing the seasoning to absorb the water. Add the wine and oil, whisk to combine and pour into a resealable freezer bag. Pierce the steaks on both sides, and place in the bag. Knead the bag to coat the steaks all over. Place on a plate and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, periodically turning the bag over.

Set up your grill for a direct medium-high heat. Grill your steaks for 2 to 4 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness. You can also pan grill your steaks over medium-high heat.

Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, lightly cover with foil and let rest for a couple minutes before serving.

Serve with a side of roasted potatoes and a seasonal vegetable. We also like to serve our steaks with a wild rice or rice pilaf dish. Enjoy!
