Irish Roasted Potatoes
Irish Roasted Potatoes are a version of roasted potatoes, using our Irish Roasted Chicken Seasoning. The thyme, paprika, garlic and other herbs and spices add a great savory flavor to the potatoes while roasting. They crisp up in the oven and accompany just about any dish where you need a potato side dish.
Our recipe is very easy to prepare and cook, which makes it a favorite when you don’t have a lot of time to fuss over a dish. Prep it, toss it, put it on a baking pan, set the timer and go on with your other cooking.
We crafted the Irish Roast Chicken Seasoning which we use in our recipe for an Irish One Pan Chicken. It was such a huge hit, we had requests for the seasoning, so we blended it as a standalone spice blend. The thyme herb flavor adapts to many dishes, from chicken, to fish, to vegetables and more. You can also add some sliced onion, sliced red bell peppers, even some sliced zucchini to make it your way.
