Irish Roast Chicken Seasoning is a savory spice and herb blend we crafted from all the classic spices used in Irish Chicken recipes. Our version is balanced so none of the spices and herbs don’t overpower the others, but all come through in subtle way. Irish Chicken isn’t an overly-spiced dish. The spices and herbs are simple, yet add a flavor you’ll look forward to for Sunday dinner.

When used in all your chicken recipes, sprinkle on all sides, rub in, refrigerate and set aside for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop if you have the time. If your recipes uses seasoned flour, just add some of the blend. The flavor will come through.

Irish Roast Chicken Seasoning is not just for chicken. The spices and herbs used in the blend are also used to season other dishes. Use to season your fish, pork dishes, vegetables, especially roasted potatoes.
