Lemon Garlic Pepper

We crafted our Lemon Garlic Pepper for a variety of uses. Its citrusy combination of herbs and spices works well with all styles of cooking, grilled, steamed, sautéed and fresh dishes, and on many different meats, seafoods and vegetables.

Lemon, garlic and pepper always works well on milder, white fish, as well as on shrimp, scallops and other seafood.

It also adds a light lemony, garlic flavor to Chicken, Beef, Pork, Tofu and other proteins. Add a sprinkle before sauteeing, broiling or grilling. You can also useit  as a rub. Just cover and refrigerate your dish for an hour or so before cooking.

Our blend imparts a wonderful fresh flavor to your steamed, grilled or sautéed vegetables. Use on summer squash, zucchini, green beans, asparagus, broccoli and other vegetables before cooking. We liberally sprinkle it on roasted Corn-on-the-Cob, like you find on street corn. Some of our friends use it on eggs dishes as well. We’re sure you’ll find many ways to use our seasoning.

The name say it all. We also blend a Garlic Salt.  Our many blends give you that big garlic flavor in many ways.  Your choice.

We use have a wonderful Crispy Lemon Garlic Pepper Shrimp Recipe, which makes delicious use of the blend.  The seasoning adds a crispy coating to the shrimp, which are pan-cooked.
