Roasted Peppery Lemon Cauliflower

Roasted Peppery Lemon Cauliflower is a delicious side dish, which pairs perfectly with many entrees, such as a roast, steaks, chicken, pork chops, seafood. Guess it pairs with just about all entrees. Our Lemon Garlic Pepper adds just the right peppery, lemon flavor which makes the cauliflower jump off your tastebuds. The black pepper adds just enough spiciness to get your attention. Roasting the cauliflower also brings out a bit of a nutty flavor.

As a vegan/vegetarian dish, it can also be served as the centerpiece of a vegetarian/vegan meal. However you serve it to your guests, be prepared to give them recipe, and don’t forget to mention us. Enjoy!

Serves 4

Ingredients:
1 Head Cauliflower, Cut into Bite-size Pieces
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, or oil of your choice
1 ½ Tablespoons Sheffield’s Lemon Garlic Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Set rack in the middle of the oven. Line large low-rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Rinse cauliflower pieces in a colander and pat dry. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle oil on the cauliflower. Toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle the Lemon Garlic Pepper on the cauliflower and toss again to coat.

Transfer florets to baking pan. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, until fork tender and golden brown. Check at 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes so the florets roast evenly.

Remove from the oven and enjoy!
