Sloppy Joe Mix

Have you ever wanted to create your own Sloppy Joe Mix? We did, so we blended one. We wanted one with a big, traditional flavor, but not overly sugary and just a touch of spiciness. We spent quite a bit of time, testing many blends until we decided on what we now have. It is light on the sugar and heavy on the flavor. Nothing artificial, GMO or Gluten.

It has been extremely popular since it’s introduction. Whether you buy an individual portion for one meal, or a larger package for multiple meals or a double or larger batch, you’ll have your guests asking for more.

For the basic directions, mix 1.25 oz of the seasoning mix for each 1 to 1 ½ pounds of ground meat. You can use beef, pork, turkey, chicken, protein substitute or a combination of them. Cook the meat until all of the pink is gone and drain any fat. Add the seasoning packet, 1 – 6 oz can of tomato paste and 1 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns or artisan bread you like.
