Grilled Steak with Parisian Herb Sauce
Our Grilled Steak with Parisian Herb Sauce is a simple dish, but very flavorful. We use our Parisian Café Blend to make the sauce. It adds a very savory flavor your family and dinner guests will love. You can either grill the steaks outdoors or inside in a pan, depending on the season and your preference. The Parisian Herb Sauce has a touch of lemon juice to compliment the seasoning. The sauce has a chimichurri type consistency, but you can add a bit more butter if you want it a bit thinner.
Serve the steaks with a side salad, and seasonal vegetable of your choice. We’ll also add a rice dish, or baked potato instead of the salad. Anyway you serve them, your guests will love them. Enjoy!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 Boneless Ribeye Steaks, about 8 oz. each
2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Sheffield’s Parisian Café Blend
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions:
Set up your grill to a medium-high temperature. You can also pan-cook your steaks over medium-high heat.
Season the steaks with the salt and pepper on both sides evenly. Rub in a bit so they stick better.
Transfer the steaks to the grill (or pan if cooking indoors) and cook about 3 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Adjust the time for your preferred doneness. The internal temperature should be 120F°–125F° for rare, 130F°–135F° for medium rare, 140F°–145F° for medium, or 150F°–155F° for medium-well.
While the steaks are cooking, heat a small skillet or sauce pan over medium heat. Add the butter, olive oil, and lemon juice. When the butter has melted, add the Sheffield’s Parisian Café Blend. Stir in and cook for a minute then remove from the heat.
Transfer the steaks to the plates. Spoon some of the Parisian Herb Sauce over each steak. Serve immediately.
We like to serve our steaks with a side salad or rice, and a seasonal vegetable. Enjoy.
