Holiday Winter Spice Tea – Rick’s Tea Face 11/28/2023
Today just felt like I needed a cup of our seasonal Holiday Winter Spice Tea. It’s on the colder side tonight, and the lighter spiced flavor of the tea just fits. Cinnamon, Orange, Clove and other flavors. The light but pronounced flavors are blended just right. Not heavy, just spiced enough…the right flavors for the Fall and Christmas seasons.
The spices remind me of my earliest memories of Christmas. My family baked a lot, so the cinnamon and clove bring back smiles. Tea itself is a contemplative drink. Sipping it should be a relaxing experience. Sip with a scone or other dessert. It would have been a mincemeat or apple tart back then. Tonight is was Pumpkin Pie.
