Use Fresh Garlic Olive Oil to any recipe where you would add a clove or two, or more to a dish. If you sauté with garlic, add a splash. Think vegetables like Brussels sprouts, green beans and pan roasted potatoes. Ever had Garlic Mashed Potatoes? Add a tablespoon to the pan and whisk it in.

Use in place of plain oil when you grill, roast, bake or sauté chicken, fish and even steaks. Use a bit when you make Shrimp Scampi, which needs garlic anyways. This will kick it up a garlic notch.

Brush on bruschetta, or use as a dipping oil with some of our Tuscan Seasoning or Mount Olympus Seasoning. Want garlic on steroids? Add some of our Garlic Rapture to the oil when dipping. Now we’re talking garlic!
