Memphis BBQ Rub

We crafted our Memphis BBQ in the traditional way you’ll find in the top BBQ restaurants around Memphis. Our rub is a savory version which doesn’t use any sugar, but spices and herbs to make your barbecue dish jump off your plate with flavor like you’ve never had before. We use a mild chile pepper which allows the other spices to come through. The touch of mustard is also one of the differences you find in Memphis BBQ Rubs.

Memphis BBQ is traditionally Ribs, and Pork Shoulders, slow cooked and served with or without sauce. Once you try our rub on your ribs, you might never use sauce on your ribs again. You can also use as a BBQ rub on Chicken, or Beef Brisket. You’ll love the flavor on any meat.

Rub about 1 Tablespoon per pound into your meat.  Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or even overnight if you have the time.
